I'd like to enter this, but I'm a student helper at the Mililani Public Library. Does this mean I am not eligible to enter this contest?

I would love to join this contest but! If you don't color your art work will the points get knoked off? Can it be black and white only?

Otakuboy, I'm so sorry but since you're employed by the library system you are not eligible.

Anonymous,

It doesn't matter if you draw only in black and white or color your drawings. You won't get points knocked off for a black and white entry.
